What to Do

Outdoors

B.B.Q's, outdoor settings, lush lawns and garden in a securely fenced property.  Off street parking available.

Beaches

Five minute walk to some of the best beaches for swimming and surfing on the whole surf coast.  Most beaches are patrolled from January to April.

Shopping

Australia's capital of surf retailing (Rip Curl and Quiksilver etc, with shop and factory outlets).  Fifteen minute drive to the city of Geelong, with extensive variety of shops and entertainment including go-kart racing, model aircraft flying, fun parks, cinemas and league football.

Sport

Two minute drive to golf course, free tennis courts, lawn bowls and numerous walking tracks along ocean cliff tops and surrounding hills.  Also horse riding, fishing (boat ramp), joy flights, hang gliding, sailing, water skiing and two surf schools.

Sights

Why not visit Bells Beach, a world renowned surf beach where Easter International Surf Titles are held.  Watch the whales from the cliff tops.  Enjoy a wine on the balcony whilst watching the sunset over beautiful beaches with vast expanses of ocean in the distance and rolling hills behind.

Eateries

Many restaurants and cafes within a short walk, including two hotels.

Day Trips

An Ocean Vista makes and ideal "base" for exploring the region!

Take a day trip to the kangaroos at the Anglesea golf course. 
Marvel at the Split Point Lighthouse in Aireys Inlet. 
Stroll on the pier or hike to the waterfalls at cosmopolitan Lorne. 
Visit the local markets and wineries.
Travel along the Great Ocean Road to the Twelve Apostles.   
Picnic along the foreshore.
Visit the Otway Fly Treetop Walk
Shop in Geelong City or see a movie!
